I posted this in the "Storm Fronts" page but I have gotten no responses. Anyone out there from northern Illinois, specifically in the Rockford surrounding areas. Looking for some Buell people to go riding with, tired of riding with my folks and friends on their big ass Harley cruisers all the time.

I'm kinda nearby, if your headed north. I'm in the Lake Geneva/ Burlington, WI area.

You guys should stay in touch, as I regularly take the lake tour around Lake Geneva, ride to work in Lake Villa just about every day, and ride South Kettle Moraine quite a bit.

I love to ride out west and often that puts me by Lake Geneva. We should all try and get a ride organized one of these days. I just got my current bike two weeks ago. It was the one listed here that was for sale in Downers grove. So I need to get the engine checked out before I do any long rides.

Xb9rnutt that sounds like a great idea. Who all would be willing to meet up for a ride one day (or a couple times) this summer? Also where could we all agree on for a central meeting location? I am pretty open on meeting locations and as long as its planned for the weekends I am free as well. This is cool to see some more people in the Norther Illinois / Southern Wisconsin area who have Buells.

Keep me posted fellas. My girlfriends car is on the fritz (old POS anyway), so the bike is to be my primary mode of transport this year. Yes.........she is going to use MY car!............more riding for me!

I am in Northern Indiana about 2 hours from the border. I am always looking for a good ride in that area. I am a member of the Windy City Buell Club. You might be interested in joining. The club is always looking for new members and other Buell riding partners.
