Does anyone know if someone makes clip-on risers for the firebolt(not the ones that actually use a handlebar)? I used to have helibars on my last firebolt and loved them but it appears just like Buell the helibars have been discontinued.

Looks like Al has a set coming out soon for the 1125R. It should work on the XBR too.

Go with the LSR kit,very cool,made from billet and super comfortable. Feels like my Ducati monster now,with way more control then the low bars.I will send you pics if interested.

heli modified makes an entire upper tree clamp. bars back an inch and a half up about an inch using stock cables and lines best money i spent on this bike (xbr9 firebolt)

I found this in an old Battle to win magazine.

Not sure what ever happen to the design but it looks like a nice set up.

Sent an email to American Sport Bike. Maybe Al can shed some light on the subject.

Interesting part would be rather easy to machine one now that I see it. That being said I would rather just buy one from asb if they ever produce them.

Made my own
Cut 2 x 1/2 " stainless stock
Drilled holes to fit bars approx 2 3/4 " apart welded bars to stock noched out stock for cables and master cylinder
Rides better and my back and neck thank me everytime I ride
