Your ok after only 1 week? After a year your not even going to remember Buell and I'm still gonna be pissed! We can't just let this go. We have to make as much racket as possible. As they say "The wheel that squeaks the most gets the oil." We need to make the Buell wheel squeak so loud they will not be able to ignore it. Yes go on with topics but do not give up on this!

I don't want any oil on my wheels... it takes me forever to clean them!

Don't want to jinx it, but oh my, it has been pleasant here since 10/14 without the political bickering.

Well unfortunately we are going to have to live with HD for our service and spare parts. I will not forget about Buell, but there is not a lot we can do except may be lower HDs desire to support existing Buell owners. It appears that Buell was loosing money so things change when money gets tight. I feel bad about people loosing their jobs but I have a one year old $11,500.00 investment that I would like to keep operating for the long run. Without HDs support we are all screwed. Yea by law they have to provide parts, but it does not mean they have to make it easy. The reality is Buell has been closed and that probably will not change unless HD stops bleeding cash or they find a buyer. Buell may never restart.

So, we may as well enjoy this site and get back to loving and riding our bikes.

It was a sunny day. I took the morning off work and went for a ride in the canyons on Mr. Buell's wonderful contraption. With luck and regular maintenance, I should be able to continue to do that for a long time, and my sons after me. Whether Mr. Buell and his bikes experience a renaissance, or simply become legends, they will survive.
