None.

03-04 XB was 41mm

05+ XB was 43mm

08+ XB12X was 47mm

All XB9SL and XB12SCG are 41mm.

1125's are 47mm.

i measured the very top part of the fork that goes through the upper triple clamp (the one with the handle bars that come out) and it measures 54mm

I went out and measured the fork diameters on my '98 S1W and my '04 XB12R. They both measured 54mm at both top and bottom clamps.

If I recall correctly, the top triple clamp stayed the same when they increased the fork diameter in '05, I believe only the forks and bottom triple clamp diameter changed.

I have parts manuals for '03 and '05 firebolts. The part numbers for the top triples are the same. The part numbers for the bottom triples and the fork tubes are different.
