It's on sale at a Harley dealer in El Paso, TX. Looks clean and I might be interested. Salesman said it was a trade.

I don't recognise it, but its got about a grand in goodies from American Sport Bike.

it is an 04 and it has 7500 miles. What do you think would be a good price for this example? I currently have an 1125r but I miss my XB so I'm thinking in having both bikes. Your comments would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I would say in the area of $5k. It clearly has a American Sport Bike carbon airbox lid (9006CIA), open airbox kit, breather reroute, K&N filter, catch can, carbon chinfairing, Corbin seat, race exhaust, and possibly a few more goodies that aren't visible. (ECM remap? Sliders?)

Mods usually do not add to a bikes value.
