Ive been reading about the Darkhorse units here, and I have a question. Mabye a dumb one, but here goes! On the handlebar sliders, do I simply cut out the end of the grip?

No...The bar ends simply slide in. If your bike has solid end grips, the previous owner more than likely installed them. If this is the case, yeah cut them or buy the Buell Traction grips. (They are worth it. Much more comfortable.) OEM grips come with a hole at the end so you can put bar end mirrors, etc. in the bars. I simply took a shop rag, a pair of vise grips, and slowly rotated the vise grips until the bar end plug came out.

Traction grips have closed ends, btw. The advice is solid- simply cut open the ends. Works great for bar end mirrors too! : )

Nope, super easy. I think you'll like the traction grips also. Have fun!
