A great choice... Be careful headed into 2nd gear above 4K RPMs. If you let the clutch out quickly with NO throttle, it will hop the front tire about six inches off the ground for eight feet or so. And that's with my 200lb ass on it :).

You'll love it!
Blake told me, when I first bought my XB9S that the feeling doesn't go away...
It doesn't!

I agree with Glitch. My XB9S is coming up on its 1st "birthday".

Last weekend, after I reset the suspension and got the tires back to 36/38 and headed out for a ride, the "feeling" was there stronger than ever.

You won’t regret it. I grin every day I HAVE TO USE IT TO COMMUTE TO WORK 40 Miles! Damn, what a choice! I ride if I won’t get soaked one direction. Some rain in Northern Kali-fornia from December to February, but manageable. Luckily I have the train or a cage to rely on.

Enjoy the bike, it is unique. I ride mine literally every day and the feeling is great. Never fail to get positive comments either.

Good luck!
