I have also posted in the wanted section:

Yea it's a mouthful to say. But the rod that goes throught the ThrottleBody on mine is broke. On one side is the TPS, on the other are the throttle Cables. I need it for a 12 throttle body. If anyone has one please PM me.
JIM

Even the upper half of the Throttle Body would be helpful.

Don't know anybody who would have an extra just lying around.

I'd bet it'd be a cheap part to order from a dealer if you strike out here... just sayin.

I looked in the parts catalog and no number listed, Just the upper half of the TB. What is really getting me is the rod for the 12(on this one anyway) is half of a rod long ways. In other words imagine a broom stick in your hand, drop down about 18 inches and at the spot take a grinder and shave enough away to place the butterfly plate. Whereas on the 9 TBI that I have, to duplicate it you would have to take a scroll saw and notch the center out and slide the butterfly in there. The 12 is made of steel, the 9 made of brass. Course the 9 is boogered up because of the brass, soft steel screws and a cheap phillips head indention in the screw. They flatten the bottom of the screws after installation, which only made the complications begin.
