I was exiting the interstate last night... I attempted to down-shift into third gear and I couldn't find the gear-shift lever. The bolt and collar used to mount the lever to the transmission case loosened and fell off apparently. Have any of you had this happen? Can I get these parts from the dealership without having to buy the entire assembly?

thanks in advance

I had it happen to my X1. The bolt was overtorqued the previous day by my stealership & ended up snapping off deep within the bowels of the primary.
