swapped out a bad engine in my race bike for a good one. I need to get the front muffler mount bushings out of the old one to install in the new one. I , for the life of me, can't get the damn things out! Looking at the engine from the front, the right one is loose and will spin, but not come out. The left one, that is recessed into the case won't budge.
I looked in the knowledge vault, where all questions go to die. Nothing there or in the service manual. Anyone know the secret?
Thanks.

The service manual says to " Remove front mounting block bushings by punching out with suitable tool" BTW this is out of a 2003 XB9R service manual.
