I just wanted to say thank you to a lot of you guys here for the information that you provide as well as the entertainment.

3 months ago i didnt know much about the XB. I went to look at one on fathers day and decided it was what I wanted to have. I started reading more and doing research to find more information. while I was in los angeles I found the badwebsite and met a couple of people that have been very helpful in giving me information.

I went riding with darthane a couple of weeks ago and we were discussing the fact that my family kept trying to talk me into a HD instead of a buell and he said something to the extent of " yes but do you want something cool to be seen on or do you want something cool to look at and will leave a permenant grin on your face?". by then I had owned my xb and was in love with it.

Sad but true is the saying "you dont know what you've got till its gone". I never really understood nor got to appreciate how nice my bike was until recently. Until I got my XB, i had never ridden any motorcycle before.A month after I bought my bolt, my bearings went out and I had to wait a little over a week and a half to get the bike fixed. while i was waiting, i was given a v-rod as a loaner (same bike the family tried talking me into). the v-rod was nice to look at and I got a lot of thumbs up and looks. riding the bike was cool for cruising, any speeds over 50 got kinda uncomfortable and i just felt like I was there to block the wind for the car behind me.

I got my bike home last night. after I was on her for 2 minutes and went around the first 2 corners to get on the eway, it clicked.... I suddenly realized how easy and fun my bike is. I was just about screaming the whole way home. last night i got my fix again.

so thanks to darth and allthough spiderman doesnt really speak up unless I need help (like any neighborhood webslinger should), I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for providing this invaluable tool.

unfortunately, I get the bike yesterday and today I find i have to go to rhode island to work. now I gotta go in the office and try to convince the boss to let me ride there.

Get Your Fix!
