I am asking this question for my cousin who likes my xb,but is missing his left leg. Can someone point me to a website that makes a lever for hand shifting.

go with a push button air shifter. should be able to fit one of those very easily....

Thats for drag racing. It won't down shift for him though.

Check with Diablobrian he has a shifter for his disability. He should be able to steer you in the right direction.

I might know a little about this.

Air shifters as noted usually do not shift down.

Solenoid shifters are not always positive shifting. They lack torque.

I have a shifter made by translogic in the UK. While it is pricey, it shifts positively
and has an ignition interrupt on it so that up-shifts are clutch-less. It operates via high
speed linear actuator sourced from the aerospace industry. I operate it by push-buttons
by my left thumb. The kit I got also has a digital dash unit, lap timer, and shift light

Other than a blown fuse that was completely my own fault my shifter has not failed me.

Thank you all for replying. Looks like that the electric shifter will be the way to get Jerry back on a bike. and also on an XB.
