How will syncs tolerate a track day?

Well, I haven't used them on the track, but have used them for hard street riding and they handle the road like they're on rails.

Had them when I bought the bike and love them

Depends how hard you ride and what you are used to really.

Once they get hot you will find that the tread blocks move around a fair bit on the syncs and this makes for some 'interesting' handling to say the least. If it rains you'll be fine ;)
