Ever since I put that damned Drummer on my bike I can't keep the front wheel on the ground. It doesn't matter if I sit or stand it just won't go away. I'm gonna be 58 in a couple of days and I shouldn't be doing this shit. Damn you Kevin!

I've got a Drummer also...the sound is unreal.

I love the American flag in the first pic.

hey Jersey,
i think as your rpm's increase, the rapid exit of the exhaust blowing on the rear tire increases the rate at which it is turning, therefore porportionately increasing the overall speed of the bike in its forward motion, causes a shift in weight to the rear of the bike, thus resulting in the lifting of the front wheel off the earth.

mine has the same problem, i think Kevin needs to warn his customers about the potential of this. He also needs to tell them that the sound of the Drummer needs to be enjoyed in moderation to keep relations with the neighbors in good standing (especially early mornings and late at night) haha

Mr Goat that would be a Drummer SS. And if I remember right he chopped the tail so he can wheelie higher. No Race ECM no nothing.

Moondust,

Jerseyguy is Kevins I guess like a partner and his profile may read race ECM but I've been told by Kevin that his race bike,Jerseyguy which tests Kevin's creations and Kevin himself are running without Race ECM's. If your bike is not running well as is you have other problems.

I know what ya mean. I thought about when I got my SS but I wanted hints of silver here and there. IMHO I think the SS would look tits on your bike. Its really not that shiney....looks like about the same as a brand new stainless kitchen sink.

That's the CF - it runs the same as the SS but the sound is a bit mellower and it's a lot lighter. I've run both ECM's and all of Kevin's mufflers. Shit, I can't tell the difference after the ECM's learn their settings. The damned front keeps coming up either way. Had the same problem on my 9 when I swapped the race pipe out for a standard Drummer a few years back.

Hogs, you old fart - good to hear from you Chris. Us old boys can still get it up even after all those years of hard use!

Ant, We're racing Talledega next week and we've got some room on our race bike for a Liberty sticker too! What do you say bro?
I hope to see you next weekend at the Liberty dyno shootout. Work on them to let me run my Ss!

I want one of them there Drummers REAL bad - just need to put some scratch together. I have heard nothing but stellar feedback and I'm so tired of the wimpy stock exhaust note of my XB9SX.

i now what you mean. the only thing is were spending close to 60,000 this year to go race CCS/ASRA and MOTO-st . and with road america being the homecoming, this would be a great place to show off your muffler. force ti will send us a new system . I just dont like how quit the pipe is . i would much rather have drummer on the side of the MOTO-st bike
