I was changing out my windscreen and thought the 2 bottom screws threaded into the fairing stay.....but whatever was there to hold them seems to be gone, anyone else have this problem?

yep. He rubber coated well nut jobbies suck @ass. Missing one myself.

I thought the "rubber coated well nut jobbies" were just on the top 4 holes, this is the bottom 2.

That's correct the bottom two are the rubber well nuts too.
