Need help did somebody know if the tach signal
from the ecm pin 12 to the cluster pin 14 is a frequency or 0 to 5 volts signal i installing my data logger and have some trouble whit the tach input

According to my calculations, the cluster frequency signal is directly affected by the 14 pin ecm rate. This will inadvertanly cause spuratic changes in the logger tach causing variations as low as 12 on the signal volts capacitor.
