I am going to purchase a XB12Scg

The bike looks pretty nice as it is but I am going to modify a few items on it.

Change the Mirrors, Turn Signals and get a Fender Eliminator.

Can anyone recommend one and or post pictures of there's

Thanks
Robert

If you are handy using power and hand tools you can do it yourself with a kit from Dark Horse Moto and save yourself a lot of money. Only $40 bucks for the kit which includes very detailed instructions. I completed mine on a Saturday which also included painting it to match the graphite gray frame.
Before I attempted the transformation I contacted Keith, at Dark Horse Moto, for more info. and he sent me a bunch of helpful photos so that I could see the process step by step.
Just another idea if you're a d.i.y.

I may go that route. What ever I do I want it completed by a day or 2 since I will be riding the bike daily.

Looks like I may pickup some Sliders from Dark Horse. They dont seem to be to expensive.

I was also going to get some Pucks from Buell.

That should save me some money if... When I drop it =)

Thanks
Robert

I think I am going to go with Odies. Unless I can do it myself with out destroying it.

The problem is you need to send the tail section off to him I think.

That prevents me from riding my bike of course for a while =(

I guess I can buy a extra tail. Not sure what that will set me back though.

Thanks
Robert

If you speak to Odie he may be able to send you out a cut down modded tail piece then you return your uncut tail to him ?
Cuts down the down time.
Last time I spoke to him he said he could source new tail pieces to mod for around $100

I have an extra tail section for sale in the classifieds. I bought one and cut it up myself and saved my original. I've decided to sell it now.
