ive seen shift superstreet full suits for sale for as little as 400$ this would be a fine jacket for the track im sure but can only be used with the samurai pants from the same maker try www.motorcyclesuperstore.com checkout the clearance section or www.motorcyclecloseouts.com shiftracing.com has their own clearance section ridegear.com is ok so is denniskirk.com ive bought from all of them and had no problems ebay is ok sometimes if u can sit and watch ur stuff before it ends i think first gear pants might zip up to the hein stuff motonation.com has nice stuff but spendy the setup boots are really nice for the price on ebay try a few searches for suits newenough, dennis kirk ,cycle gear, trackside gear and most of the other big resellers have ebay sites. good luck man. |

I personally love the Hein and Firstgear leathers. My primary riding gear is the firstgear "speedfreak" 2 piece (full circumference zipper) in black. It is the best leather gear I have ever owned. Hein gear is definitely "track-worthy" if you can find proper pants to connect. Most leathers these days have the semi-universal 9-10 inch YYK zippers to connect them. This is adequate for a track day, but not for a race licensing school. Track schools and racing require either a full circumference zipper or a 1 piece suit. Do not go for the velcro loop attachment system I've been seeing advertised lately. There are loads of good deals out there on last years models of leathers if you have the patience to hunt them down. Winter is the time to look too |

I've been looking for the pants and can't find them. Being a Fat Bastard, the 48 is my size. I would like to take advantage of that deal. |

bout the only thing i can find so far is this link http://www.hein-gericke.com/uk/index.php/cPath/0_1 _2_8 right off the hein gericke web site says all their pants are compatible with all their jackets so if u can find a decent used pair u should be good to go....id try ebay for a couple of weeks or eat the price u saved on the coat if u want it bad and buy new pants i bet any first gear pants would work too. |
