So after I went to Lake Shore Harley Davidson to get my bike fixed and they tell me there is nothing they can do about my plug blowing out I called customer service and they tell me that Lake Shore never called or submitted a warranty claim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I am a little Angry and will flame about this for weeks until it is made better I have bought 3 count em 3 Buells in the past 12 months and they are gonna screw me around like this I even worked for Harley for a year and they are gonna say that because the Bike vibrated out a spark plug and destroyed a head it's not their fault Screw Harley. I am the president of my Brag chapter and they treat me like a fool. See what happens to this fool when I get done with them. |

I just can't believe that after all of the negative feed back from what seems like most dealers, that the MC wouldn't step up and do something. I read a post yesterday about someone being charged a diagnostic fee when the dealer admitted that it was an intermittent problem, but did nothing to fix it. This of course excludes Appleton! Daves ROCKS!! So, we know that the dealers fail for support on Buell, does anyone have any experiance with an HD at a dealer? Do you get treated different? I plan to someday open a shop in Maine, someday. And of course would try to be a BadWeb sponsor. I just can't fathom why a SERVICE dept would be lacking in the CUSTOMER service protion of their shop. I could go on, but I think I will stop. for now |

I had a plug blow out on my XB9SX last summer. The bike only had 3000 miles on it. Took it in to the dealer here in Anchorage and they fixed the problem all under warranty. The dealer here treats you the same whether you own a HD or a Buell. |

even if they submit it, factory going to claim that it was a tech/you who crossthreaded it and that its not a defect. warranty covers defects only... I went through this two years ago. There are three people on here who really went the extra mile to help me out (someone mentioned court already) and get buell to do the right thing. Good luck man. |

Buell has a thing in warranty called coop it is where they feel a customer is gonna get upset and they give the dealers Money to fix "out of waranty " problems for customers. I was a warranty guy at my dealer and I would have tried Co-op to get this fixed But I wasnt working there so |
