Do i need to strip it first or can I just spray over ? I dont paint so good so any help would be nice. thanks   Olinxb12r Posted on Monday, April 03, 2006 - 10:38 am:        I think you need to spray it with a plastic paint that promotes the paint sticking first and then go over it with the color you want. Rufing up is the only way to get anything to stick to it, or remove it all together. Bruce
