My cousin is looking to buy a 2006 XB12S in red. I am wondering if folks could share with me what you paid for your 2005 or 2006 XB12S.

Of course, the dealer wants MSRP etc. so I thought I would gather some data before we went back to chat with him.

Cash purchase and he is ready to rock!

I know there's a dealer near me that sells them for around $9,000-$10,000 out the door.

Check cycle trader and Ebay, they routinely have dealer selling new bikes for $2000 under MSRP.

I paid $9,100 out the door last May for an 05 XB12S.

$6700 in 11/05 for an 04 12S with 160 miles. The in-service date was 10/05...
