I was thinking to myself one day... I sorta wish my bike was a bit longer, I guess more like the 12r or 9r and such, but i really like my 9s, can you stretch them.. or am i retarded?

you can put the R tail on the S, there are a few people that have done that. and some were looking into the new Ss swingarm but I beleave that the frame mounts are different

You can mount the new XB12SS tail on the XB9S I think. You would need the alloy side rails, seat and undertray at least.

Uh. pretty sure the frame is different? Wouldn't that change the mating of the long tail to the XB9? The firebolt tail mounts on the same frame. I think....
