Got1Nut, After time I think you will get tired of all the crap you get. I am not a Cop but am in the Marine Corps. Over the years I have accumulated way more gear than I could ever use. I have some riot gear also for crowd control that I honestly don't see myself ever using. Maybe in your line of work you will get more use out of it but how often does a riot break out? Anyway just wanted to throw my .02 in. I do remember initially when you get your gear how exciting it is so have fun. John

Maybe your definition of Riot and mine are totally different. If a "real" riot breaks out every year at halloween in Madison, WI then the PD there is seriously lacking in their "abilities." Looks like they need some help if that really is the case.
