Call me EJ -- you've got the #.

Hi Chris,

I forgot you told me you had it. Yes, I did get the bike. 725 miles on it now. Got the race kit but haven't installed it yet due to TPS reset. Fantastic bike! Took delivery from Glendale HD/Buell and went up the Crest. 200mi the 1st day. Handles great, maybe better than the Duke. For sure more stable and tracks more solidly. Rides like a powder puff. No vibs at all. Riding position good for the back. When can we connect for a TPS reset? I'll call. I installed the K&N and removed the snorkel. I need to install the muffler and ECM only.

Bru --

I think it was around $250 or so? Works great. Reset the TPS like a champ. I'm going over to EJ's to do his today.

Thank you Bark, I was trying to search the Badweb for answers first but most of the questions where not answered like can you use a laptop, Is this used with the Technolusion or Race ECM? Sorry If these questions have been asked before. If so does someone have the links for them. Thank you brupska

No worries.

I don't know about the links, but here are the answers:

1) You can use the tool with BOTH the Race ECM and the Techlusion. The Race ECM responds to a TPS reset identically and the Techlusion is really just a device that adds fuel as required.

Just so you feel @ peace, I have used it with a stock ECM (mine previously and today on EJ's CityX) as well as with a Race ECM and a Techlusion as that is what I have on my bike.

You can order it for either a laptop or a CE powered handheld. There's some option for Bluetooth (for the dongle, I believe.)

Works great. Lets you run diags as well as reset the TPS - the version I used today also let me reset the AFV...

Cannot reset the rev. limiter as far as I know.

If you have any more Q's, let me know.

Thank you Daves, That is another mod on my wish list. Sorry I am building a new house right now so I have a bigger money pit to feed. Well I can always dream. LOL. Thanks everyone. I am just trying to get as much info as I can before I buy anything else. I only have 53 miles on the bike so far. Still to cold and my shoulder is not ready to riding yet. Thanks again all. Brupska
