I am getting ready to do the fuel pump on my 08 1125r. I have something setup to support the rear with straps but am going to put the front the on a stand. Does anyone know of affordable spools and stands?

+1 on the cheaper stands. They work great on my 1125 and 1190. On the 1125 it requires the fender be removed or at least one side unscrewed from fork.

You will need a 18mm pin for the front.

This is what I have

I've got a head-lift stand as well--definitely the way to go over one that lifts from the bottom of the fork tubes for the obvious reason that you can't remove the work tubes if they're being used to support the bike. (Presumably at some point you'll need to service the fork.)

Seems like they've come down in price too--the one that Terrys linked to which was only $64 shipped, and I think I spent more than $100 on the one I bought.

Thanks for the info guys. I appreciate it. Put a bid in on the one Terry linked. I think it will be perfect for what I need.
