Hello everyone. Thought I should just go ahead and register after reading all the Threads here in the sub section. Took me nearly all this last week and part of today. Wealth of knowledge, it appears that everyone has a piece of the puzzle. No definitive answer as yet. I did start a Thread over on Buellxb, but no need to re-post it here. Just the basics below. Really sux, my first bike is so enjoyable was really looking forward to hitting Skyline Drive this year two-wheeled vs four. Serial ending is 0990 for those keeping records. Build date on the her is October 2008, previous owner bought her brand new Feb-Mar 2009. Totally unmolested. "For what its worth looking over my records the bike made 900 miles after I bought her and then got the recall done. I had a Yamaha that ate through three stators before 18,000 miles,so please spare me the "another point for the metrics" nonsense. | ||
