Thanks!   Jdugger Posted on Monday, June 13, 2011 - 08:25 am:        The torque wrench is made by CDI. I don't know the specific model, it's a 3/8" drive with a 1-100 ft-lb range. I'm a bit of a "spare-no-expense" guy on tools. I've been hurt by tools breaking and frustrated by tools sucking enough times now I go for the good stuff. For the caliper fasteners, I have a cheap solution and an expensive one. Cheap: McMaster bolt and threaded spacer, loc-tite red together: 90117A626 + 96439A800 For a insignificant amount of unsprung and yet more significant wallet weight reduction, you can have some custom machined. The guy that did mine has a web-site: http://www.wreproducts.com/index.html Basically, I sent him one of these McMaster assemblies and told him to cut the exact same thing out of one piece of Ti, using a socket drive instead of a socket cap.   Skntpig Posted on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 - 10:25 am:        J: Next time you have the camera out can you take some pics of how you safety wired the rear and front axles and calipers? Race bike front: I"ll post up the stock/B bike in a couple of days when I get chance to take pictures.
