Part number L0500.08AZ. If so, please post a picture and your thoughts about it.

Thanks

Has anyone seen the Solo Buell belly pan on an 1125R. I would think it would fit, just haven't seen one before on an R.
If not, anyone have Photoshop skills that could do this on a Red R?

Thanks

Hey Cherrybomb -

Was your link for me? I only saw a couple of CR's. If not, do you have any links of R's with the Eskalation pan?

Does the Buell one interface properly with the Buell side fairing kit?

Or, other options that work with it?

99buellx1,

The description for the Buell belly pan says that it is not be used in conjunction with other bodywork. I know some guys were talking about trying to attach to the Buell side fairing kit, but I don't know if anything ever came from it.

So....... how about the Buell belly pan part number L0500.08AZ?

I am considering buying it to be used on its own, but I would really like to hear from someone who has done it. I haven't even seen a bike with it.

Eweaver -

Sorry for hijacking your thread. For what it's worth, I contacted Buell racing last week and they said their last day open was Tuesday so if I wanted the belly pan I needed to order it that day.
Do you know of someone that still has inventory of the Buell racing pan?

someone on here has done just the Buell belly pan, the bike is an 08 1125R painted a blue color and painted the belly pan to match. I don't know whose bike it was. Try using the search function and go from there.

It would be great if someone would post a common belly pan (easily obtained by everyone) that can be attached to the Buell OEM side fairings and provide a step by step fabrication process for the mechanically challenged like myself...hey endoman33, you ever get a chance to fiddle with the Triumph fairing?

Endoman - if you find another '03 Gixxer Thou' shark skinz belly - please let me know. Or better yet if you have one and fabricate it exactly like yours - I'll buy it from you. I think you did an outstanding job.

Endoman33 I know the feeling about working too much! Anything similar to the look of your bike would be fantastic...ever consider fabbing up a fender eliminator similar to the evotech? $120.00 with shipping is %&!$ ridiculous!!!!!!

Ravnna431,

Here is what I did on my undertail section. Took it off the bike and took apart the licence plate support trimmed out the section from the licence plate mount needed to fill the opening on the undertail section. I took it to a friend who epoxied these two parts together, he then sanded and painted it gloss black. Used a spare XB licence plate bracket I had and thtas it. You will need to get a tail light with turn signals built in.

Right on Endoman. Any belly pan you think you could fab up nicely would be fine by me. The one you've got looks factory.

We'll while I'm at it let me show you guys how I did my windscreen

I used a can of plastacoat from I think Krylon, I taped off the out side and then taped out the bubble section on the inside no sanding needed, This type of paint is made to work with plastic without sanding

My USA dealer (not a badweb sponsor) advises unable to get the race parts I want (including the L0500.08AZ fiberglass belly pan and M2536.08AZ headlight filler panels). Perhaps a consequence of the demise of BMC and/or its race program.
