Well, I've wanted to do the Hero Blue for a while but wasn't too sure about the different shades of blue. I thought I'd try a photoshop and see what I thought. Well, I'm not too hot about it, although I don't think it looks all that bad. Maybe I'll end up going with Kick Ash instead...

I was thinking of doing the same with mine except in the kick ash with the X on it that you mentioned. Anybody know the part #? I have m1224.2ajmcd just not sure if thats the right one.

How are those bags working out for you?

Yeah I just added the hero blue airbox cover on mine too with the H-B windscreen. I love the wind screen, but also think the airbox looks iffy. Gonna throw on some hero blue rims to even the shades out. I think its gonna help?

The bags are great. I used them on my 1,500 mile trip from South Dakota to Maryland.

Thereconscout, I'm not sure what the rims will do. It will definitely brighten things up!

I know the lighting isn't perfect for those pics, but I like it!

Did you keep the inner airbox cover on? I'm not sure if you have to, but I'd like to be able to see the filter through the cover on a sunny day.
