Ok we all get to thinking about something new and different from time to time. I was thinking of a set of Flanders flattrack bars on my Cyclone with avon wet tires. More of s street Flattrak job. Since KTM has their 950 as a motard, why not motard a Buell? You think it would be wheelie prone? Sounds like a hooligan bike to me!}}}}

Sounds like my kind of fun, a big sledgehammer for pummelling the street. Build it and show them the error of their ways for shelving the dirty bike. +1 for your efforts

I went back last night looking for the Rickman frame kit for the sportster/Buell configuration again and this time found nothing, some old articles was all, however I believe it was "Storz" who was responsable for making the tail section pictured on CitySlicker's post, and I think its a great looking tailsection. With the current availability of so fiew bodywork choices, this was Mine. Although Airteck makes a couple kits and perhaps bits and pieces to fit a Buell tuber, it was refreshing to find this unit. Now I have a question: The sportster surely has an aftermarket or hopefully factory set of throtle cables that would be slightly longer than stock dimentions, by say 4-5". facilitating the increased length needed for My intended handlebar swap, as the Flanders flat track bars are probably that much further outboard of the stock bars. I dont want to have too short of cables and find that they are streached to max to reach the new bars. Any one know the answer to longer throtle cables??? PS RICK A look on kneeliders site for this bike or one really similar
