The cover is intact, including the fuel tank refueling bezel still attached to it. Condition is good with some light scuff marks near the rider's belt area (no gouges nor any penetration through the plastic). It has a faux Carbon fiber belt protector attached to it (it can be removed). Not sure if you can still get this from H-D. I do know they used to be $275 new back in 2011 with a near 20 day wait!
