No armor Mighty, but has the provisions for it in elbow, shoulder and back. My chest is 40 and it still has room to spare when I have my Forcefield back protector on. I have another non Buell Vanson that is a size 40, which is more snug in comparison.

Good luck; I once had a Medium Gray/Black Vanson and would have traded at the time. I now have a Large Red/Black Vanson that cannot be pried from my cold, dead fingers lol.
