I have quite a few left over exhaust servo motor eliminators. These plug in where the servo motor used to, while not exactly fragile care should be taken to install and remove, all have been test fitted. This design works nicely, and is made with quality components and soldering .You'll need to water proof the connector with a plastic bag or a balloon. This little circuit could not of been possible without Optos' BW contribution.
I'll include simple installation/removal instructions via e-mail.

PM me if you are interested or have more questions. $12.75 total each ( discount shipping for multiples) to your door in the connected states.

Thanks for looking!

What purpose does the eliminator serve? I'm running without the inner airbox with grills in the outer cover so the servo is gone and the connector is open. By the way, does the header wrap (from your profile photo) help with heat? Since I put my RSS on the fan rarely runs but my left leg gets pretty hot.

It keeps the CEL off if you have a XB12 with
a stock ECM.

Sent you a PM!

Thanks!

Thanks for posting in this thread Louisrider!

This may help others as well.

By CEL I mean "check engine light" Normally if we switch to an after market muffler on XB12 models we no longer have use for the interactive exhaust servo motor. If we remove it we need to substitute a device that lets the {ECM)think that nothing has changed. Or else the CEL comes on.

This circuit accomplishes that.

Thanks again.

I don't know at this time.

DDFI III? I'm curious about this as well.

Other similar devices claim to work on all XB12 models. If they do, this should as well.

Wish I could be of more help.

Thanks!
