IMO, these would fit someone best if they typically wore 38-40 waist and 32-34 inseam.
(and that means OVER jeans).

Most of my pants are 36W/32L, and these are just one size too big for me.

These pants are incredible! If they weren't so big on me, I'd keep em'! They have large "flaps" on the front thigh that remove in seconds for lots of ventilation! There removable rubber knee/shin guards built in, as well as butt protection. There's a zipper in the rear to attach the Adventure JACKET to...
