Zippers cnc'd thunderstorm heads $1750 new.
Milenium nikasil aluminum cylinders (these have some clearancing cuts on the inside fins.) and matching 3 13/16 wiseco thunderstorm 12-1 forged pistons.(actual cr with these heads is 11.6-1. Ran as tested on premium pump gas!) The pistons and cylinders new are over $1000.
Great value for over 110 hp on your sporty or buell. Inexpensive way to go big bore ,but not just 100 hp big bore like you see too often.
Here is the dyno off my 02 XL, this top end has less than 500 miles on. Reason for selling is because I had Nrhs build me a new 127 hp top end kit, and so this one is extra parts. All working perfect and looking good . it would be an "excellent" condition except for the clearanced fins.
$1500 or best offer for the whole kit. HEADS CYLINDERS AND PISTONS WITH PINS ...all ready to bolt together. here is the dyno sheet. Note it starts at 3800 rpm as we were tuning it for the drag strip. It runs well right off idle to redline, but with my redshift 643 cams it didnt get on IT till 2500 rpm due to the cams design. This is a great street set up as the tq is nearly equal to the hp and the peak power isnt way up in the rpm band. See the dyno and get this awesome value on a great big bore kit.

I see your XL is an '02 model. Will these parts fit an XB with the different engine mounts? The '02 XL's didn't yet have the buell engine mounting system.

Thanks,
Sherm
