Author Message   J2blue Posted on Thursday, February 23, 2012 - 01:59 pm:        Hey Court, Mmmm, I've been thinking lately about the future and what I may do with my purty red 2009 1125CR. I only started amateur drag racing on the bike last summer and became hooked. But I have been concerned about putting too much strain on my 1125 if it will need to be my daily rider for many more years to come. I had thought about maybe buying a 2008 race 1125 to build just for drag racing. Lately, I've wondered if there may be an affordable replacement for my CR as a daily rider from EBR in the next few years. If there were, then it might make sense to go ahead and start using my CR primarily as a drag bike knowing that it can eventually be replaced as a daily rider. Of course I would need to start saving my money now to buy a new bike in another 2 or 3 years.
