I seem to recall seeing folks with wide, cleated style pegs on their Ulys. However, my google skillz seem no match for the interwebs, as I cannot seem to locate any vendors. Any leads, gents?

I remember the dirt bike like wide pegs from years ago.

I got the 2 inch drop one's due to my long legs and I love them.

The stock pegs are a 1" drop so the 2" drop only gives you an inch. However, I love them too and highly recommend them. I did have to readjust the shifter but the brake pedal seemed fine.

Maybe it’s my phone, but every time I click on that page, I get an error message. Might have to check at home.

Okay, so I have now tried the preeng.com site from home and cannot pull up the pegs page. Are they still around?

Precision Engineering discontinued their Buell line, that's why there are error messages.

The Precision Engineering ones are much wider and have holes for mud to fall out. I wonder if you called PreEng if they could make you some. There stuff is just billet aluminum and I'm sure they still have the program for the CNC. Should be easy for them to make a few.

Those look nice, but it's the wide base, open mud purging design, and the sharp grippy teeth that I am interested in. Other than being lower, I see no advantage in these pegs.

You could hack the stockers too just to make them more grippy.
Probably the cheapest alternative I can think of.
Chase the waffle with a coarse triangle file or something.
