I have been running it in my 2004 xb since the bike was new. All year round and engine runs better than new on over 33,000 miles. Absolutely no metal fillings on the magnet when I change oil, ever! I run 80w90 gear oil in the transmission with NO problems. I change oil every 1,500 miles and would go no longer than 2000 on non-synthetic which Is what I use.
