A British built to order exhaust/ muffler. A very high quality build product and a perfect fit. It comes with metric chin bolts as well. It has a good balance of sound. Not to loud but with the right tone a V-Twin should have.
My 2010 bike has a Piper air filter and it works fine. Better faster/pickup off the gas, 4.5kg (std is 8.1kg EU) and all polished stainless steel. Very cheap as well. As good, if not bettter than a Remus. (Message edited by uly_man on December 12, 2011) |

Well here a Remus costs £615 and this one cost £260. The Remus has a different sound because of the twin outlets and you can choose the level of sound you want by changing the baffles. Yes its on the bike now, fitted easy, no fueling problems and it sounds very nice. |

"That one of Albert666's pipes?" No he was making these a long time before Albert its just that he has changed the outlet pipe for the 4 inch that he used to use to the slash one now. |

This a UK built can so its a better deal for us and the EU. The Albert can may be cheaper for you. Albert quoted me £370 inc shipping to the UK but with VAT and import duty if would have cost me about £550.

"Post some pics of it on the bike? maybe video to get the sound?" I will post some pics of it on the bike soon. Sound through a PC video does not work very well. What I would say though that it is sort of right in the daily world. At idle it has a deep enough V-Twin sound but is not to loud for the those next door. Once you get past 2k RPM is has that nice bark a V-Twin should have, with a big hand on the throttle but easy on the ear if you just want to cruise. I will piss on any bad product, no matter how much it costs but I like this one a lot and never heard a bad story about engine running, service or quality. |
