From the about page: " He was the first person to complete an overland route, riding over 95,000 miles between the Arctic Circle and the tip of South America" Maybe should have been 9,500 miles? Otherwise, he did a lot of North and South in there someway...... It has a motorcycle and an epic journey in it so how bad could the book be? Seems a bit expensive though. |

If you want to know about Danny Liska, these are the people you need to get involved with: www.teamstrange.com Team Strange is primarily a group of long distance riders (of which I am one), however, a number of the Team Strange events have been based around Niobrara, NE, which is where Danny's first wife Arlene lives. Arlene is a very sweet elderly lady. She has a ton of memorabilia from that time in her life, and LOVES to talk about those days. |

Piet Boonstra's books are also quite good. |
