I burnt mine because I forgot to tighten the wire retainer and melted it on the header. Anyone have an old clutch cable they could take one of off and sell to me cheap I'll pay shipping and what ever. thank guys.m

If you can't find a boot. You can use heat shrink, tubing or tape.

It's a real pisser that the boot isn't sold separately.

David,
Call your Kawasaki dealer and see if they can order you a KLR clutch boot. Somebody on another site said they are available.

I also read that if you use heat shrink tubing then make sure you grease the adjuster assembly before pulling the heat shrink tube over it. Then only shrink down the ends of the tube. Good luck.
