Motorcycle/ATV Jack- A standard motorcycle/ATV jack can be used with your Uly with the addition of any easily fabricated wooden cradle which fits the contour of the muffler. See this thread for more info including a PDF template for making the muffler cutouts in your cradle:

Swingarm Drain Plug Torque- It's generally agreed here that the factory recommended torque for the engine oil drain plug of 29-34 ft-lbs is much too high. Several people have stripped the threads from the aluminum swingarm using this torque. If you've already stripped it, the threads can be repaired using any of several thread repair systems or even a generic repair plug.

To avoid stripping, some people use ~20 ft-lbs or so; the rest of us just rely on a snugging it up by hand. The drain plug has an O-ring seal that will not leak even with very moderate torque.

The factory manual also recommends using a Locktight product on the drain plug threads. This is not a thread locker, but is Locktight's version of teflon pipe thread sealer. The Locktight product seems to be hard to find, but you can find generic equivalents at your local building supply store.
