Finally got a friend for my Uly.

I hated starting up the Uly just to ride 2 miles to work. I found a used Zuma 125 & just couldn't pass it up! The thing is a hoot to ride. I just have to stop using the brake for a clutch.

That may be a safety problem for you come an emergency situation. I rode my folk's neighbor's Vespa with the 2 brakes on the handlebars and it was a neat scooter but I'm way to ingrained in the brain with the clutch. I'm pretty sure I'd kill myself trying to switch back and forth. Good luck with that.

It's amazing what your brain can figure out. I had Yamaha dirt bikes and a BSA 441 Victor. The shifter and rear foot brake were reversed but even in emergency situations I never snagged the wrong one. I think the sound of the engine must have triggered my brain to do the right thing. It was strange?

At least it's the rear brake on the clutch side. I don't think it'll take that much to get accustomed to it.

Too bad it's not black...you could start to make it look like the Uly's little brother.

A wide eyed little brother...
Hold on, wouldn't it be a sister? I thought in English, most vehicles were considered feminine.
Good luck with her/him/it.
