Now that I have your attention

Ok, so as some of you may have heard I lost my job last week and I figure what better way to celebrate than a ride the Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail (T.W.A.T.).

I will be taking the ride next week (August 11th) I am planning on a minimum of an overnight trip so basically I am kind of planning it around the weather a little so the departure date will be sometime during the week. I should have a set date probably by Friday.

I have the trail loaded in the GPS already and it looks like a hell of an adventure.
540 mile ride from basically Dubuque, IA to Lake Superior on mainly all gravel/dirt roads.

If anyone wants to join me let me know.

I want to hear about the trip when you get back since I'll be riding the northern half of it next month.

Pete,

I should still be on for next month as well. It was either doing this ride a couple times this season or heading out to Colorado to see some old friends. Heck who knows I may just do both.

...and yes I will definitely be taking some pictures!

Chris if you can swing both go for it. Next job might not allow you to take as much time off consecutively. Plus more photos for us working stifs that must be in the office.

Pso,

As far as the next job I dont think I will work for the next 3 years. I am going to devote myself fully to school now and hopefully in the end find a job that will pay for my masters.

As for the current financial situation I have free tuition compliments of the Univ of Wisconsin and 1900 a month thanks to the US Army. So working isnt much of a priority these days and let me tell ya, I'm loving it!
