Author Message   Mike_dinger Posted on Monday, April 30, 2007 - 02:50 pm:        Anyone know if you can order the Hepco-Becker top case rack without the top case? I saw the rack in the Killboy thread, and really like the rack...it's so sweet! No really, I just want the rack, which is a custom fit for the Uly, but don't really dig the looks of the top case. I would rather get a large tail pack instead for some upcoming camping trips. And lastly, does anyone have any pics of their Uly's completely loaded for long travel (camping) trips. I will be doing some camping trips with the wife this summer around Northern California, and will need all the essentials (2 sleeping bags, tent, and a wish list full of camping goods from Aerostich). I think with the top case, the ability to pack it all on would be slightly hindered. Plus, I'm almost certain that items can be tied down to the tops of the side cases, but please correct me if I'm wrong. Some people have wrecked their cases and got new ones. If I'm right, from what I've seen the bags only come with the racks. It is $89 and is very sturdy and large. You have to remove the triple tail.
