A friend would like more stopping power from the rear brake on his Uly and I'm looking for options for him. Thank you |

Push down..... Seriously stand on it a few times and I think you will find it works much better. I can lock mine up without issue, originally it seemed soft, but I stood on it a few times and now it is not an issue. |

I always have the feeling my bikes weight is biased so far to the front that the rear brake is good for nothing other than starting a skid (which might be useful in itself, but not really for braking). *forgot* It's good for really slow U-turns too. Zynthaxx, You should sell that name to a drug company or is that one already? |

Lyndall Gold pads improve the braking feel and give a smooth progressive power, not sudden or harsh. The rear brake feels and acts like it is supposed to...alittle pressure slows you down, a harder push on the pedal and a quicker stop. Rear lock ups are not a problem as you can feel the braking and get good feedback through the brake system. Try them, you'll like them. |

I didn't think the rear brakes were that strong, but I just finished a Riders Edge experienced rider course and the coaches told me that the rear wheel was locked more than once. This is with stock brakes. |

Lyndal gold pads, front and rear, just like I said last time. Stand on them 10 times at 20 mph and 10 more times at 40 mph. Then let them cool. This works great both front and rear. |
