I called customer service Monday and with the help of Deanna and Court the latch came in today at noon. I was at my dealer by about 1:30 and I was on the road by 2:30. This was done to help me get on the road for my trip to Arkansas this weekend. The dealer, Bluegrass HD/Buell of Louisville, KY took me right in with no appt.
