Hello all and thanks for your contributions which make this a very informative and entertaining board.
I am really getting excited about buying a Uly in the next couple weeks and would like some info on dealerships. I live near Colorado Springs,CO and have been to Rocky Mountain HD/Buell (2hr drive) for the folding hat promo and liked the shop, but would like to know if anyone could recommend them or not. Is the service dept. competent with Buells, etc.
I have also been to Pikes Peak HD and they have a larger selection of Buell bikes on the floor, particularly a black one with all the luggage that is just the thing I am looking for. They are also only 45 min. away. Anyone do bussiness with them? I would really like some input before I make a decision on where to buy.
My current bike is an '03 SV1000S. I wanted a Buell at that time but didn't want a dedicated sport bike. Too bad cause that's exactly what I got. I live on a dirt road with an inclined driveway and have dumped my sv three times in wet weather so far. I really want a more comfortable bike that my wife might actually be willing to ride on as well. That is what got me so excited the first time I heard about the Uly. I knew I was gonna get one.

You picked the right bike then. I think passengers like these bikes more than riders do. And riders love them.

I don't know which dealership to recomend, but when you decide, and go to testride the bike, take your wife with you. She will be the one asking you to buy the bike after that.
