I have been riding the 2ct for the last two sets on the rear, dual compound tech. I have been using pirelli corsaIII fronts for the last two sets (and still have lots of life) Im at the time that when I get this new rear tire, by the time it is used and ready to be replaced, the front will also need to be replaced. MY tire shreading ration between rear to front tires is 2.5:1.

anyways, if I am to match the tires and get a corsaIII rear, that tire is not a dual compound... How good is the wear on that tire. my suspicion is that it will not be a great tire right to the bitter end, and will be warn-down in the center compared to the edges.. what is the overall life of the tire? comparisons?

If you want more life, I like the PR2CT's.

At first I thought I would give up some grip and cornering by going to a "sport touring" tire, I rail on the tires and belive they have plenty of grip and quick cornering for teh street. So far they are wearing alot slower that the PP2CT's.

As for the track I want to try the new ONE's

03worc9r is correct. The Corsa III is a dual-compound tire.
