Not to be mean, your post is a little vague. To take a screen shot, on your keyboard is a button that says "Print Screen". It is located next to the scroll lock button on the upper right on most keyboards. From there, open up a photo editor or MS Paint and paste it into a new picture. You can then upload it here or photobucket. Go to: Tools: Internet Options: Advanced Then click on restore defaults and see if that fixes it. Other option to see if it is your PC or Internet Explorer, you can download FireFox and see if you get the same results.
